Automated Indexing and Boosting Productivity

When Midland County went live with a new case management system, TechShare.Prosecutor, the time was right to automate manual indexing workflows.  Staff could then be freed up to focus on more high value tasks while software took care of the document classification and indexing.

The County sought a solution for the intelligent classification of documents in the Arrest Packet and the auto-capture of 28 fields from the booking sheet.  Extract's pagination feature was able to intelligently separate the different pages of the Arrest Packet so the software could fully focus on the booking sheets.

Extract was also able to set up prioritization for the county so that emergency protective orders could be processed immediately as opposed to being part of the standard queue.
