Thankful for our Rave Reviews
As we enter the holiday season, it is a time to remember what we are thankful for and express gratitude for what has happened in the past year. Extract Systems is a company that always puts our clients first; we value the partnership and have worked hard to exceed the needs of our healthcare clients. I am very grateful for our clients and my teammates at Extract. Our company had its best year ever in new sales, growth of existing clients, and offering new software solutions for our clients.
The new sales are a result of products that meet and exceed the expectations of our clients. When Extract talks to a potential new client we can immediately offer references that show how we’ve improved patient care, reduced provider burden, and produced a return on investment (a very rare combination in healthcare). When an existing client recognizes that they have an internal issue, they reach out to Extract Systems to see if this is a problem we can solve, and most times we CAN. This is a result of our core product’s flexibility and our engineering and project teams’ ability to adapt our software to a client’s new needs.
That’s why we’re so thankful for our customers. Their trust in our team allows us to create new capabilities in intelligent document processing, giving them a hand in creating efficiencies for themselves, for us, and for the host of other organizations that have decided to automate.
Throughout the year I gathered emails from our clients expressing their thankfulness to the Extract team and the Extract solutions:
When I read these comments from our clients it reminds me of how grateful I am to work for a company that delivers on what they say, helps our clients, improves patient outcomes, reduces provider burden, and saves money for healthcare organizations.
